So now that I can create custom ringtones, I want to assign custom ringtones for everyone I know. This is rather tricky. What musical-person pairing should I select? I have the pair for my sister down pat, but for the rest of my friends and family?
This is going to take time.

Got them! I found a great site, http://www.pisamba.com that has a lot of these ringtones for free. I got the Rod Stewart one and Imagine and assigned them in the Contact List for you and Norm! As for Cindy, that's very easy, Fur Elise. Now I just need one for Dad, Scott, and Scott's Mom. 🙂
