These are the books currently in my reading list:
1. Fool Moon by Jim Butcher
2. The Phenomenon of Man by Pierre Tielhard DeChardin
3. On Love & Happiness by Pierre Tielhard DeChardin
4. The Art of Happiness by The Dalai Lama
5. Grave Peril by Jim Butcher
The most current list reflects my pursuit to get off the black spiral and find some other way to be. So far Fool Moon is a re-read as I’ve listened to the audiobook a few years ago. I’ll be getting back I to the swing of things with that series once I finish off the three other books.
Trust is such a slippery slope and you have had incidents like this in the past. I commend you on keeping your workplace thoughts "private". It is imperative – from this day forward. Be careful in assessing who you "think" you trust – it can be part of that slipperiness. I also want you to protect your job so it is important that you continue to express your frustration with your very closest friends & family – leave out ALL co-workers. I hope all is okay with those that "have the power". I love you.
Interesting reading list-sounds really interesting. Poor Norm is reading "Truman" – a zillion pages (on his Kindle)-has another WW II book going too. I have read 7 books so far on my Kindle and am now reading 2 new ones. It's so easy to use the Kindle to order books. Ha.
We haven't read like this in a long time. It's kind of nice for both of us. Really enjoying it again. Next want to go back to some of the classics that are free on Kindle – re-read those that I enjoyed in high school. Ha.
